REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable or damaged you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Email our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your Order ID and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your email. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to the management of Vision Stars Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Vision Stars") Unless the item is faulty, a refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged. In these cases the items will be returned to you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for all delivery costs including the return of the items to us. In the case where free delivery was offered on the original order, an additional $80 delivery fee may be payable to Vision Stars and which may be deducted from the refund amount. If returning items to us by post, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange. Vision Stars reserve all rights on refund/cancellation policy.
For orders require deposit, cancellation by the Customer will not be accepted and any deposit paid by the Customer will not be refunded by the Vision Stars once orders for Goods have been made, unless a written notice of cancellation is received by Vision Stars at least twelve (12) days prior to the scheduled delivery date and accepted in writing by the Vision Stars. Upon the receipt and the acceptance of a valid notice of cancellation, Vision Stars shall arrange (in its sole discretion) for either a refund of, or issue a credit for, the purchase price of the Goods to the Customer. Vision Stars reserve right to charge an adminstration fee of 5% for the order for cancellation.
